Premium WPC Flooring with Pre-Attached IXPE/EVA Underlayment
Pre-Attached Acoustic Underlayment WPC Flooring
Our pre-attached underlayment WPC flooring combines a comfortable WPC
rigid core with an optional factory-laminated IXPE or EVA backing.
The integrated construction reduces the need to handle and install
separate underlayment during standard floating-floor installation,
helping simplify project preparation and improve installation efficiency.
The resilient backing can improve underfoot comfort and help reduce
footstep and impact noise. The tested WPC construction also provides
B1 fire classification, Grade T wear resistance, dimensional stability,
chemical resistance, and a slip-resistance classification of at least R10.

Technical Note: The test data above applies to the tested WPC rigid-core flooring sample
with dimensions of 1220 × 230mm and an overall thickness of 10mm.
The supplied technical sheet does not specify the material or thickness
of an attached IXPE/EVA backing and does not include IIC, STC, ASTM E90,
or ASTM E492 acoustic results. Acoustic performance must therefore be
confirmed according to the selected flooring construction and its
corresponding test report.

B2B Core Advantages for Large-Scale Procurement
-
Simplified Installation Process: A factory-laminated backing eliminates the separate step of rolling
out loose underlayment during standard floating-floor installation,
helping contractors simplify on-site preparation.
-
Improved Underfoot Comfort: The resilient IXPE or EVA layer provides a softer walking feel than
an unbacked rigid-core plank and can help reduce footstep noise.
-
Precision Click-Lock Assembly: The tested assembly gap is controlled to an average of ≤0.15mm and
a maximum of ≤0.20mm, supporting clean and consistent plank joints.
-
Tested Dimensional Performance: Dimensional change after heating is limited to ≤0.25%, while
high-temperature warping is controlled within 2mm according to
the supplied technical data.
-
Fire, Slip and Environmental Performance: The tested sample achieves B1 fire classification, ≥R10 slip resistance,
Grade T wear resistance, non-detected formaldehyde, and passing
heavy-metal and CA 01350 TVOC results.
Installation Notice: Pre-attached IXPE or EVA backing should not automatically be described
as a complete moisture or vapor barrier. A separate vapor-control layer
may still be required depending on the subfloor, installation area,
local building requirements, and project installation instructions.
