Pharma-Grade Hygienic ESD Vinyl Rolls 2.0mm - Anti-Microbial Conductive Sheet Flooring for Operating Rooms

Hygienic Homogeneous ESD Vinyl Rolls for Hospitals, Laboratories and Pharmaceutical Facilities

Designed for hospitals, laboratories, pharmaceutical facilities, clean production areas and other environments requiring both hygiene and static control, our homogeneous ESD vinyl flooring provides reliable electrical performance throughout the entire flooring structure.

The 2-meter-wide roll format significantly reduces the number of floor joints compared with ESD tiles. After professional heat welding, the flooring forms a smooth and sealed surface that helps prevent moisture, dust and contaminants from entering the joints or subfloor.

Both conductive and static-dissipative resistance ranges are available to meet the requirements of different medical, laboratory, electronics and industrial applications.

Installation and Joint Sealing

  • Recommended installation: Full-spread adhesive installation over a dry, smooth and level subfloor.
  • Joint treatment: Hot-welded seams using matching welding rods.
  • Roll width: The 2-meter-wide format reduces the number of joints in large medical and laboratory areas.
  • Wall connection: The flooring can be combined with coved skirting to create an easier-to-clean floor-to-wall transition.

Trade and Supply Information

  • Minimum Order Quantity: 600 SQM
  • Standard Lead Time: 15–20 days
  • Monthly Supply Capacity: Up to 250,000 SQM
  • Standard Roll Size: 2 m × 20 m
  • Custom Length: Available according to project requirements
  • Electrical Options: Conductive and static-dissipative versions available
  • Test Standards: Technical performance is tested according to the standards listed in the specification table

Core Advantages for Hospital, Laboratory and Pharmaceutical Projects

  • Reduced-Joint Hygienic Installation: The continuous roll format greatly reduces the number of flooring joints compared with tiles. Heat-welded seams help prevent moisture, dust and contaminants from entering the joints.
  • Conductive and Dissipative Options: Choose a conductive resistance range of 104–106 Ω or a static-dissipative range of 106–109 Ω according to the electrical requirements of the project.
  • Tested Antibacterial Performance: More than 99% bacterial growth inhibition according to ISO 22196.
  • Low Static Generation: Static electrical propensity is below 2 kV, helping reduce static accumulation in sensitive working environments.
  • Chemical and Stain Resistance: The surface shows no adverse effect under EN 423 testing, supporting routine cleaning and disinfection procedures.
  • Heavy-Duty Commercial Performance: Class 34 commercial and Class 43 industrial classifications make the flooring suitable for intensive traffic areas.
  • Low Indoor Emissions: TVOC emissions after 28 days are below 10 μg/m³, while formaldehyde was not detected under EN 717-1 testing.
  • Fire and Slip Performance: Bfl-s1 fire classification, R9 slip resistance and a coefficient of friction of at least 0.3.

Recommended Applications

Hospital operating rooms, examination rooms, medical laboratories, pharmaceutical production areas, clean production workshops, diagnostic equipment rooms, electronic laboratories, control rooms, server rooms and other areas requiring hygienic flooring and controlled electrical resistance.

Note: Technical values are based on the supplied product specification sheet. Final resistance range, dimensions, color, installation system and supporting documentation should be confirmed according to the selected product model and project requirements.
